What happens when I place an order online?


If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Please note that we authorize the amount of the order when you place the order to validate your credit card, your credit card is charged within 3 days of placing the order. In the event that the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a refund in full for the unavailable product.


Can I order by phone?


Sure! We'd be happy to take your order by phone. Contact us at (813)217-5552. At other times, please leave a message with your name, phone number and time of day when you can be reached. If you can mention the product, this will help us to respond faster to your needs.


What is Frattoys’ return policy?


All sales are final. If the product is damaged or defective you may return to the return address within 7 days for a full refund. Please contact us by phone or email before returning any products. It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. After 7 days of receiving your order, all products become non returnable. Please advise this policy before you make you purchase. 


Is ordering over the internet secure?

SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. How long will it take to get my order?


Most of the time, the products you select will ship within 1-2 business days (in stock / not including weekends) and will arrive according to your shipping selection.


What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?


If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or a different billing and shipping address your order will go through our fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay with your order being processed.
